Getting Involved – Internal Opportunities at srcLogic

At srcLogic, our purpose statement guides all the work that we do: We go above and beyond implementing technology; we architect innovative and intuitive solutions that empower your organization and propel your mission forward. 

But how do we, as srcLogicians, empower our organization? How do we propel our mission forward?  

The answer lives in our internal teams. The structures of each team are reflective of our client delivery teams, with a lead coordinating efforts and supported by individuals responsible for specific tasks or processes. To help explain what some of these teams focus on, I asked the below srcLogicians to explain their team’s goal: 

• Social Media: “To promote srcLogic by making posts that show the value we bring through our consulting and technical expertise, as well as giving insight into our company culture by showing our daily happenings” – Rebecca Muratore 

• Recruitment: “To attract, identify, and hire the strongest candidates who align with srcLogic's values and will help contribute to our growth and success” – Erin Verni 

• Center Of Excellence: “To provide guidance on organizational best practices, expectations, and standards across both technical and consulting skills. This year the focus has been on improving knowledge sharing around new technology research and further defining project best practices.” – Emily Marley 

• Business Development: “To support the identification of government contracting opportunities, build strong relationships with agencies and partners, and position srcLogic as the go-to low-code implementor by aligning our people, tools, and knowledge with client needs." – Emem Ukpong 

In addition to these four, srcLogic has many other internal teams—ranging from our UI/UX Cohort to Professional Development. Participation is voluntary and often typically starts with someone pursuing a career interest, soon joined by others who share the same passion. 

Internal work offers every employee the opportunity to contribute beyond client delivery and grow their skillset. While participation isn’t required, srcLogicians bring the same focus and commitment to internal teams as we do to our client work. Each team represents srcLogic’s purpose in action—empowering our organization and continually propelling our mission forward.
