Emily joined srcLogic in July 2017 after graduating from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Now serving as Director of Operations, Emily works behind the scenes to support delivery teams in whatever they need. Emily loves the dynamic nature of srcLogic and working with colleagues that she gets to learn from every day.

Anna joined srcLogic in 2018 after working as a technology consultant for the previous 3 years. She has designed and developed systems in both the federal and commercial space. Anna has a master's degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. Anna loves srcLogic's team-oriented culture and the opportunity to consistently learn new skills and meet new challenges.

Nima joined srcLogic at the beginning of 2018 and the company’s incredible success since then has been no coincidence. His work has been diverse, ranging from Medicare/Medicaid appeals, Air Force cybersecurity support, and grocery store produce forecasting. Nima studied engineering and economics at James Madison University, and then went on to a Systems Engineering graduate degree at Virginia Tech, specializing in Operations Research. Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, guitar, hiking, reading, chess, and spending time with his family and dog.

Nima’s favorite part of working at srcLogic is the other people he has the privilege of working with. Being able to solve problems with smart, hardworking, and dependable people every day makes work much more rewarding.

After running statistical models for the Census Bureau and honing his skills at a private data analytics and marketing firm, Drew joined srcLogic in 2018 ready for a new challenge. Since then, he has led a large-scale digital transformation for the Department of Defense and partnered with a national grocery retailer to build demand forecasting models and architect high-impact executive financial dashboards. Drew holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a minor in Business Analytics from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, racquetball, hiking, reading, and cooking.

Emily is a Pega Certified Lead Senior System Architect (PCLSA) and Project Management Professional (PMP), and currently a project lead for srcLogic.

She enjoys tackling both technical and consulting challenges and took on a leadership role early in her career. Emily has played a role in establishing new projects as well as transitioning to lead existing projects across the federal government. When leading a team, Emily balances overseeing the implementation of challenging technical requirements with her role in mentoring newer employees and allowing them to grow as developers and consultants. It is important to her that everyone on her team feels like they are constantly learning new things and taking on new responsibilities. Emily has a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and a master’s degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.

Emily’s favorite aspects of working at srcLogic are the company culture and her coworkers. The small company atmosphere gives everyone a voice and there are always opportunities to get involved.. Her coworkers make srcLogic a fun and challenging place to work. Outside of work, Emily enjoys travel, hiking, running, and playing tennis with her family.

Erin joined srcLogic in 2017 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. Since then, she has worked on a range of projects with federal clients and has gained experience leading development teams of various sizes, designing new applications from the ground up, mentoring new developers, and providing user support. She has also been a leader in the company's on-campus recruiting program. In her free time, Erin enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending a cozy day in watching TV and movies.

Erin’s favorite part of working at srcLogic is the incredible people she gets to collaborate with and learn from every day. It was one of the main factors that drove her to srcLogic initially and she feels so fortunate to be able to work with such fun, hard-working, and talented individuals.

Musstafa joined srcLogic in the summer of 2018. He has worked on some of srcLogic’s largest projects including work with the DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency) as well as the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). In his most recent project with DISA, Musstafa serves as team lead, modernizing how programs conduct joint assessments and drive IT standards across their systems. Musstafa has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, soccer, and spending time with friends.

Musstafa’s favorite part of working at srcLogic is being able to work on groundbreaking solutions that help optimize and streamline processes for public and private sector clients. Musstafa also enjoys working at srcLogic because of its culture of continuous improvement that helps everyone become better at problem solving, designing, and requirements gathering.

Matt began his career at srcLogic in 2017 after graduating from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. During his time with srcLogic, he has had opportunities to lead teams and develop mobile and desktop applications for the Department of Commerce, the Department of Defense, and the Department of the Treasury. His project experience has helped him earn a Pega Lead System Architect certification in 2022, and he also completed a Master's degree in Computer Science in from Johns Hopkins University in 2025. Matt likes to spend his free time traveling to national parks around the country, playing basketball, and cooking new foods for his daughter to try.
 
Matt joined srcLogic because of the unique opportunity to make an impact on a growing company. In addition to the ample opportunities for professional growth, Matt’s favorite aspect of working at srcLogic is being able to work with other leaders across the company who can provide thoughtful technical guidance and insights into any challenges that arise on his projects.

Guerry Lim is a Principal Consultant and Pega CLSA with over two decades of experience delivering enterprise BPM solutions. With a deep technical foundation in full-stack development and database technologies, he focuses on aligning people, processes, and cutting-edge technology to produce balanced, high-value client outcomes. He joined srcLogic for its collaborative and collegial culture, finding that an environment of approachable, intelligent peers is the best place to build optimal solutions.

When he isn't architecting Pega platforms or exploring new automation frameworks, Guerry can usually be found teeing off at the golf course, experimenting with local AI models, or relaxing at home in Clifton, VA with his family and two cats.

Julia started at srcLogic in 2019 after graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering. Her first four years were spent on two separate applications at the Air Force Research Laboratory. She then moved over to a project at the NIH for two years, and most recently moved to the FAA. Both at the NIH and the FAA we are implementing the Pega SDK so she has done a lot of react and Pega work.

Julia's favorite part of working at srcLogic is the people. The people have made work fun but also have taught her a lot as well. Everyone is very willing to help but is also interested in learning new things which has led to a very positive work environment.

Nick joined srcLogic in 2018 after earning his bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, with a minor in Financial Economics, from Johns Hopkins University. He began his career on the User Experience and Design team, where he combined Pega application development with service design principles to create intuitive, high-impact solutions.

Since then, Nick has led development efforts supporting srcLogic’s work with the United States Marine Corps, helping modernize financial management processes and enhance analytics capabilities. He has also contributed to initiatives with the Federal Aviation Administration, accelerating the certification and integration of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) into the National Airspace System, and advancing the implementation of cutting-edge GenAI features across enterprise platforms.

In addition to his client work, Nick is an active member of srcLogic’s Professional Development and Talent team, where he supports recruiting efforts and fosters employee growth.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys golfing, hiking, and exploring the diverse restaurant scene around Washington, D.C. He values srcLogic’s collaborative culture and the open exchange of ideas that empowers individuals to learn, grow, and deliver their best work.

Maggie Sauber has been part of the srcLogic team for 3 years. Maggie’s first project at srcLogic was working on an application for the United States Marine Corps. After a yearlong hiatus to work on the Wakefern project, she is back on USMC, this time as the team’s development co-lead. Maggie is also a recruiting coordinator and loves the process of finding the right fit for the future of srcLogic.  

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys going to Nationals games and attending concerts. Maggie graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2018 with a BS in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science.

Allyson is a Pega Certified Senior System Architect, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Project Lead at  srcLogic. She joined the company in 2018 after graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Bioengineering. Since joining srcLogic, Allyson has successfully delivered solutions within the federal government to streamline and enhance critical business processes.

As a team lead, Allyson is passionate about fostering professional growth, encouraging team members to take on new challenges, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. She is also actively involved in srcLogic’s Consulting Center of Excellence, where she helps document and maintain company best practices to ensure employees have accessible and reliable resources for success.

Outside of work, Allyson enjoys running, playing pickleball, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring the Washington, D.C. area. Allyson’s favorite aspect of working at srcLogic is the company’s collaborative and supportive environment. She values the opportunity to tackle challenges alongside her colleagues and enjoys mentoring others by sharing her knowledge and experience.

Jen joined srcLogic in 2018 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University. Jen’s first project at srcLogic was working on an application for the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), and she later joined the development team at the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR). She has returned to AFRL and is now leading a team developing a new application. In her free time, Jen enjoys biking, watching movies, and hanging out with friends. 

Jen’s favorite part about working at srcLogic is being in a collaborative and supportive environment, as well as being involved in the development of applications that have far-reaching impact.

Daniel is the Director of Technical Consulting at srcLogic. His responsibilities include technical oversight of all projects at srcLogic, ensuring successful project delivery for srcLogic clients and teams. Prior to joining srcLogic in 2013, Daniel spent the first 7 years of his career implementing custom solutions for customers across the Federal Government, Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community. Daniel holds a Master's degree in computer science from Johns Hopkins University. 

 Dan’s favorite part of working at srcLogic is the diverse set of customers and technical challenges that he gets to work on a daily basis.

Jason Noker is a technology evangelist and co-founder and Principal of srcLogic. After 13 years in the BPM software industry as a Consultant, Sales Engineer, Account Executive, and Vice President of Sales, Jason set out to disrupt the market with a unique, transformative approach to solution delivery. Over the past 4 years Jason’s focus has been managing srcLogic’s strategic growth and ensuring that each and every customer engagement successfully deploys to production. Jason graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Management & Technology. Jason is passionate about sports and in his spare time can be found coaching his son at McLean Little League in Northern Virginia.

Daniel Carr is a Principal at srcLogic. Dan is both an experienced consultant and solutions engineer for Case Management (CM), Business Process Management (BPM) and IT. With over 14 years in the CM and BPM industries and more than 18 years in the IT industry at large, Dan has applied his experience and expertise to projects throughout the Federal Government, Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities.
